Kreloses Level Up 1.44

This week's Level Up includes adding product bundles to bookings, location-based reports accessibility, transfer customer deposit to customer credit, view discount value when you raise sale and some other enhancements. See below for a quick summary of some of the features, and as always, you can see the full list of new features in the release notes within Kreloses.

Adding Product Bundles to Bookings

Previously, we added the Product Bundle feature which allows you to combine more than one product and sell them together at a discounted price. Now, you can even add product bundles directly to a booking first instead of doing it later at the invoicing screen.

Location-based Reports Accessibility

You can now control the accessibility of reports based on location. This is a useful enhancement on access control if you have multiple branches and would like to restrict the managers from cross viewing other branches' reports. With this, you will be able to safeguard the data confidentiality of each branch and mitigate business risks.

Transfer Customer Deposit to Customer Credit

You can now return a deposit directly to Customer Credit so that the customer can use that value to pay an invoice in the future. This comes in handy when your customers have deposit that is not refunded and prefer to keep it with you so they can spend it on their next visit.

View Discount Value When You Raise Sale

If you have applied any item discount in the invoice, you can see the total discount value in the Totals section. Now, you can click on the Item Discounts text link and the price per unit before and after the discount will be shown. This is useful for communicating to the customers on the effective unit price during billing.
